“I cannot say enough nice things about the service Roy and his staff provided. I originally placed an order for pickup later that evening. I arrived an hour later than expected and to my surprise they waited to prep my food. For those who commonly place online orders only to arrive and realize your food is cold, this was a great change of pace.Additionally, this was by far the best BBQ I've had during my time in Tennessee, and I spend a few weeks a year here for work. The loaded potato and piggyback sandwich honestly set a new standard for southern BBQ for me.If you're staying or passing through Dyersburg this is a MUST. “OK, so this is not my usual experience but my daughter was only one who ordered off menu. She waited over an hour even after asking about it.... was only as we tried to leave that they brought us her food. By this time her food was not the only thing she had missed out on.... she could've eaten with the family and enjoyed itParking: There is parking in front on the sides and in the back behind the building. The only issue is the area is so tight that bigger trucks have a lil more issues ļgetting out. So be safe!!!!”

“Local down home goodness.Everyone is hometown at this little “whole in a wall” small sort of neighborhood joint, hence you will be “noticed” - it’s just the southern way. Give it a try! You can’t beat the prices or the service. The food is good! The breakfast plate is very economical and deliciously flavorable . The hash brown casserole is an appetizing add on.Breakfast at lunch is always one of our favorites on lunch break.(Breakfast all day - close @2)”

“First time there, and it was good... very good. I started with gumbo and a salad. The gumbo was very tasty. The salad was fresh and delicious. Then my entree was the fish and chips... the fish was cod and perfectly battered. Yum! Yum!Parking: Parking isn't bad. The restaurant fills each evening, and the parking can be sparce.”

“This local lil “mom & pop” is quaint & off the beaten path, however very much worth the drive. The inside is cozy & piggie’d out in decor. They have a drive thru window - you can call ahead (they may put you on hold for ten minutes) & pick up or order at the window.The vegetable soup is literally tomatoes and potatoes with a couple green beans. The bbq is decent But, Sad they were out of baked potatoes.”

“The food is excellent. Worth the wait, but if you have a hungry toddler you know how it is with an extended wait on food. We were the only customers at the time that didn’t have our food, they rest were single men up at the bar part already had been served. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for our meals, and then we sat and sat and sat and waited for our check. We were not asked once if we wanted refills .. so service needs to be improved. The food is so yummy though so we will give it another go.”

“Be sure when you are online that you realize the prices are wrong and they are actually almost double what they used to be. Unfortunately, the new owner does not take responsibility for the website or the problem. Be aware. Their prices for donuts are like buying Krispy Kreme donuts. Yummy!”

“My favorite bbq of all time...I used to live on Shelby Drive for many years and we used to order a family pack of bbq a couple times a month at least .... sadly now I live in North Dakota and there aren't any legit bbq restaurants up here . “I've loved Papa John's pizza for all of my life. Their pizza is amazing and it's really close to where I live. I've had delivery before as well and it took no time at all for them to deliver it to my house. I love cheese pizza or pizza with grilled chicken on it and that's usually what I buy anywhere when it comes to pizza. I love their chicken here at Papa John's and I also love their stuffed crust. They recently, to my knowledge, released a Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza and it's absolutely amazing! Their regular Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza is also great but their new Garlic version is what's going to keep me coming back for more. I really like their thicker Garlic Sauce and it pairs perfectly with the stuffed crust on the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust. The entire pizza is garlic-y and tastes amazing but the crust is off the charts delicious. If you haven't tried it yet and you love garlic, do yourself a favor and try it. The deal they have for it makes it even more worthwhile to try. I would highly recommend this location as it's right in town, easy to get to, and they deliver.”

“We were passing thru town and asked for a nice place for dinner and we were told to try Timbers, and we are glad we went. Great food, great prices, great service and a quiet atmosphere. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful. Serving size was perfect. What a great place for dinner.”

“The chicken was super good. My favorites were the wings, but the breasts were pretty good as well. I ordered some Mac N Cheese but it wasn't very cheesy. It was more like a slightly spicy pasta than Mac N Cheese, and it really didn't have any cheese. The Mac N Cheese was still good for what it was, but I'll get the slaw next time. The decorations were very nice, and there's plenty of seating.Parking: There is plenty of parking but the lot at the building isn't marked, so picking a spot is a matter of common sense. There is also some parking nearby.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kid's menu.”
