The 5th arrondissem*nt of Paris is an ideal district for lovers of history and culture; one of the oldest and most prestigious in Paris, built by the Romans in Antiquity - witness the famous Arènes de Lutèce. Located on the left bank of the Seine, it is dominated by Mont Sainte-Geneviève, home to the Pantheon, a historic monument built in honor of the great men and women of France.

Known for its many museums, such as the Musée de Cluny and the Musée de la Sculpture en Plein Air, the Latin Quarter is also renowned for its lively nightlife. Home to a number of prestigious universities - such as the Sorbonne and theÉcole Normale Supérieure - the district is also very lively, with a large number of students.
